Welcome to Paint Pots

Thank you for supporting Paint Pots as an agency staff member. We are pleased to welcome you to our setting.

Agency staff play an important role in helping us maintain safe, consistent and caring environments for children, particularly when additional cover is needed. Even if you are only with us for one day, it is essential that you understand our key expectations, safeguarding procedures, health and safety arrangements, and how to raise any concerns.

This first day induction must be completed at the beginning of your first day of cover before you begin working in the setting. A manager or senior member of staff will talk you through each section, answer any questions, and ensure you know who to go to for support.

Please ask if anything is unclear. We want you to feel welcomed, informed and confident while working with us.

⚠️ Important: This page is a guide for agency staff and managers. It should not be completed directly on the public website. Managers must complete a separate Agency Staff First Day Induction Record for each agency staff member at the beginning of their first day of cover.
