Statement of Intent:
Whistle blowing is the process by which adults can voice their concerns, made in good faith and without fear of repercussion. It is our intention that staff working at Paint Pots should feel confident about coming forward and reporting any issues/concerns that they may have regarding the areas below, whilst remaining protected from any subsequent discrimination. This policy is to be used in conjunction with the Safeguarding Children and Child Protection Policies and Safeguarding Act 2018.
A concern might relate to:
Personal Grievances. These must be reported under Paint Pots grievance policy unless the case is in the public interest.
