Upskirting is a highly intrusive practice which typically involves someone taking a picture under another person’s clothing without their knowledge, with the intention of viewing their genitals or buttocks (with or without underwear).
At Paint Pots we recognise that “Upskirting” is a criminal offence and any incidents will be recorded and reported to the DSL, the police and Children’s services, as appropriate.
It is recognised that incidents are likely to be upsetting and support and sensitivity are required when dealing with both the victim and the perpetrator.
Procedure
The DSL will determine how to approach any incident on a case by case basis, ensuring a clear record is made by the person who it was first reported to. Our safeguarding procedures must be followed for any concerns.
Please complete the form below once you have read and understood this procedure.
