As part of your role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding children, supporting families, and creating nurturing environments where every child feels valued, confident, and inspired to learn. To help you settle into your new position, we have developed a comprehensive 12-week induction programme. It is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in your role and understand how we work across our settings.
There is a lot to learn, and the programme can feel intensive at times, but you will not be expected to do it alone. Your manager, colleagues, and the wider support team are here to guide, encourage, and support you every step of the way.
We want you to feel welcomed, valued, and confident as you develop into an effective and successful member of the Paint Pots family. Please talk to your manager if you need help who will be happy to assist you. Congratulations on your new job!
