• earrings may become caught, pulled or damaged during play;
• there is a risk of injury to the ear; and
• Paint Pots staff will take reasonable steps to minimise these risks but cannot guarantee that an injury will not occur**.**

I agree that my child will only wear small, secure stud earrings while attending the setting.
