POLICY INFORMATION

Introduction

At Paint Pots, we recognise that our people are at the heart of everything we do. As a charitable organisation, we are committed to supporting the wellbeing, work-life balance, and overall job satisfaction of our team. This policy outlines the range of perks available to employees as part of that commitment.

This policy applies to all employees of Paint Pots. Some benefits are subject to eligibility criteria and may be applied on a pro-rata basis depending on contracted hours and length of service.

Our Employee Perks

1. Wellbeing Day

Employees are entitled to one paid wellbeing day per year, pro-rated according to contracted hours.

• For staff who work all year round, this day should be booked in advance with your manager through our payroll system, Moorepay.
• For staff who work term time only, this entitlement will be pro-rated and incorporated into salary payments
• It cannot be carried over into the next leave year.
• It has no cash value if unused.

1. Birthday Leave

Employees are entitled to one day off within the month of their birthday.

This is an opportunity to celebrate and enjoy personal time.

• The day must be taken within the employee’s birthday month and recorded as ‘other leave’ on Moorepay.
• It must be requested in advance and agreed with your manager
• If the day is not taken within the month, it cannot be carried over
