Thank you for choosing to join the Paint Pots team as a bank staff member. We are delighted to welcome you to our nursery family.
Bank staff play an important role across our settings. Your flexibility, care and professionalism help us maintain safe, nurturing and consistent environments for children, particularly when additional support is needed. Whether you are working regularly in one setting or supporting different nurseries, your contribution helps children feel settled, valued and confident.
As part of your role, you will help safeguard children, support daily routines, work alongside permanent staff, and follow Paint Pots policies and procedures. To help you settle into your role, we have developed a 5-week bank staff induction programme. This is designed to give you the essential knowledge, skills and confidence needed to work safely and effectively within our settings.
There is a lot to learn, but you will not be expected to do it alone. Your manager, mentor and colleagues will support you throughout your induction, answer questions, and help you understand how we work at Paint Pots.
We want you to feel welcomed, valued and confident as a member of the Paint Pots team. Please speak to your manager or mentor at any point if you need help or are unsure about anything. We are very pleased to have you with us and look forward to working with you.
